| The Operations and Plant Managers Association (OPMA) toured and audited SSP on July 18, 2008.
SSP gave a Lean Journey presentation and showcased various methods and techniques used throughout our operation. Our initial successes at reducing lead time, increasing on-time delivery, reducing inventory and improving our profit share results were also shared with attendees. |

| In April 2003, SSP's Quality Management System was one of the first in the industry to successfully achieve an upgrade from ISO9001:1994 to ISO9001:2000 as audited by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). SSP was subsequently re-certified by DNV in March 2006.
