| The Operations and Plant Managers Association (OPMA) toured and audited SSP on July 18, 2008.
SSP gave a Lean Journey presentation and showcased various methods and techniques used throughout our operation. Our initial successes at reducing lead time, increasing on-time delivery, reducing inventory and improving our profit share results were also shared with attendees. |
